Information on this website — including pricing indications, examples, and case studies — is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding engagement is formed only when we both agree to a written proposal or statement of work.

Fees, payment schedules, and any deposits are specified in your project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the timeframe noted on the invoice. Late or non-payment may result in paused work. Any taxes or third-party costs (such as platform, app, or subscription fees) are your responsibility unless expressly included in your agreement.

Our services often rely on third-party platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and various apps and integrations. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, changes, or actions. We'll always recommend tools we trust, but the relationship with those providers is between you and them.

Our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
